Boot-fitting Appointment Guidelines
- Due to the close proximity necessary during our boot fitting appointments all customers are still REQUIRED to wear a CDC-approved face covering (no bandanas, buffs, thin cloth masks, or ventilated masks). We are happy to provide you with an acceptable mask if needed.
- Boot-fitting services for Alpine Downhill, Touring, and Telemark skiing will be done by appointments and walk-ins. Walk-ins may require a wait. We don't require appointments for Nordic equipment at this time.
- All appointments will be one hour and are for a single individual only. We cannot accommodate group appointments at this time - If you have multiple people in your household in need of boot-fitting, you will need to make an individual appointment for each person.
- Children with an approximate boot size 24.5 or smaller do not require appointments. This can be found on a shoe tag with JPN or CHN sizing, this is the similar size to ski boots.
- Due to space and capacity limitations, we ask that you come alone to your appointment, except in the case of a minor accompanied by a guardian or vice-versa.
- Once you submit an appointment request, you will receive an email with a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire to be completed within 1 day of making the appointment. This questionnaire is required to finalize your appointment time.

Shop Service Appointment Guidelines
- Appointments are not required but speeds up the process. Without an appointment, turnaround times can be 5-7+ days.
- Appointments can be made 1-21 days in advance on select services.
- Pay ahead through Square for expedited drop off and pickup.
- Early and on time equipment drop off will guarantee a quick turnaround.
- Mounts will be completed 1 hour after the start of the appointment, tunes will be completed 2 hours after start of the appointment.
- For All Mounts, Please include the following in the "Notes Section":
- Skier type (I-Beginner, II-Intermediate, III-Advanced)
- Age
- Height
- Weight
- Please drop off both boots.
- Delayed equipment drop off will result in a delayed pickup time.
- No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 24 hours, receive 50% of service cost as in store credit.
