Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance and refunds can be issued at any time more than 48 hours from the start of the rental by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Reservations are not refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the first day of the rental.
Mountain Shop is closed on Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day. There is no rental pickup or dropoff on that day.
Please Note: Not all of our equipment is reservable!! If what you are looking for is not on the reservation site, it may still be available as a walk-in.
Standard reservations are for two nights, and can be extended for as many nights as you would like, up to 30 days (depending on availability).
If you need to swap reserved equipment for a different size or model, we will do our best to accomodate any changes based on availability.
Mountain Shop hours are 10 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. Please make sure you can make it here during these hours to pick up and drop off reserved equipment.
If you do not return the equipment the day it is due, you will be charged for however many additional nights you have it. There is no after hours drop off option.
We do not offer discounted rates on reservations. If you would like to receive a club or group discount (eg Mazamas) you must get a first come, first serve rental.
If you lose or damage any of the rental equipment, you will be charged the cost to repair or replace the equipment.
