Review:

Pack it and forget about it! The Minimus Nano goes with me on every adventure run, even if there is no rain in the forecast. It’s so lightweight and packable, there is no excuse not to bring it along. Knowing that the Minimus Nano is stashed in my pack gives me the peace of mind that I am at least mildly prepared when unexpected weather strikes, and fully prepared when I know it’s going to rain or snow.

This jacket has provided me with superior wind and rain protection on many a morning run, especially high up in the Coastal range where the powerful wind can be exceptionally brutal! I also own the Minimus Nano Ultralight pants. The zippered ankles and drawstring waist make them easy to pull on and off over running shoes and smaller profile hiking boots. The Minimus Nano pants are as ultralight and packable as the jacket and also fit easily in a running pack, daypack or backpack.

Paired together, the Minimus Nano ultralight jacket and pants comprise the ultimate lightweight hiking, backpacking, trail running emergency weather kit.
