After spending the first 19 years of her life growing up off the coast of Washington, Esmeralda kept true to her PNW roots by moving to Vancouver. From the sea to the mountains, she has found the beauty it all has to offer. Her first introduction to the mountains came when she was 13 in the form of a snowboarding lesson at Mount Hood Meadows. And since then, her love for the mountains has grown. Nature is her ultimate happy place and thrives best when her free time is spent climbing, hiking or backpacking. When her hands aren’t covered in dirt or chalk, they are covered in acrylic paint. Esmeralda shows her love of nature through her art and keeping the trails clean with trash pick up.
